Our board certified internist admits patients to Detar Health Systems, Citizens Medical Center, and also admits to both Long Term acute care facilities – Warm Springs Specialty Hospital and Kindred Hospital. We have state of the art electronic medical records, which allows us to store, recall, and review your information in a secure, efficient manner. This also allows us to share your information with other health care professionals quickly so that your care is always timely.
Family Practice
Our Family Practice Physician is board certified in Family Medicine, a type of primary care that provides continuing and comprehensive care for the individuals as well as for families of all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of body. Family Practice is based on knowledge of the patient in the context of the family and community and emphasizes disease prevention and health promotion.
Walk in Clinic
Our providers have extensive experience in patient care in both office and urgent care/emergency room settings. They are now brining this valuable experience to this clinic. In addition, we have state of the art laboratory, X-ray, EKG, stress testing, pulmonary function testing and ultrasound facilities. We also boast of a very professional, caring, knowledgeable and experienced nursing and ancillary services staff.
Primary Care
As your primary care providers, our internist, family practice physicians and nurse practitioners are your first contacts to the health care system. If your health care requires a referral, we will coordinate and refer as needed to all medical specialties, physical and occupational therapies, wound care specialists, pharmacists and admit to all local hospitals and nursing care facilities.
